Social Media Analyst Responding Tool
To help social media analysts find relevant information using automated filters and at the same time find the interest of analyst according to the contexts of the real-time emergency event, we designed, developed, and evaluated an interactive Social Media Analyst Responding Tool (SMART). The SMART interface combines the ability to collect, search and sort tweets alongside the functionality to filter and organize them with machine learning techniques.The tool interactively involves social media analysts in determining the filters according to their tasks. The dynamic adaptation of filters allows social media analysts to find their informational needs more efficiently.
